Ovrform is not a pharmacy and does not operate as a pharmacy.
Ovrform does not dispense prescriptions, fill prescriptions, transfer prescriptions, provide pharmacist consultation, provide medication counseling, provide patient-specific products, or sell products for treatment, therapy, diagnosis, prevention, or human or animal administration.

Not a 503A Compounding Pharmacy
Ovrform is not a 503A compounding pharmacy and does not operate under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Ovrform does not compound products pursuant to patient-specific prescriptions, does not prepare patient-specific compounded medications, does not provide compounded preparations for individual patients, and does not act as a pharmacy engaged in patient-specific compounding.

Not a 503B Outsourcing Facility
Ovrform is not a 503B outsourcing facility and does not operate under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Ovrform does not produce, compound, or distribute sterile compounded drugs as an outsourcing facility and does not provide products for clinical administration, physician office use, hospital use, patient-care use, or healthcare facility use.

Ovrform does not prescribe, dispense, administer, recommend, dose, compound, formulate for patient use, or provide instructions for administration of any product.
Ovrform does not provide dosing guidance, injection guidance, reconstitution guidance, mixing guidance, protocol guidance, treatment guidance, veterinary guidance, therapeutic guidance, or product-use guidance for humans, animals, patients, consumers, or any living subject.

Account and Order Review
Ovrform may review, restrict, decline, cancel, suspend, or terminate any account, order, inquiry, shipment, or transaction if Ovrform determines that the customer, order, destination, communication, or intended use presents a legal, regulatory, compliance, pharmacy, compounding, clinical, patient-care, fraud, reputational, or operational concern.
Communications suggesting human use, animal use, patient-care use, pharmacy use, compounding use, clinical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, administration, dosing, reconstitution, injection, or protocols may result in refusal of service, account restriction, or order cancellation.
