Research Use Only Policy
This Research Use Only Policy explains Ovrform’s intended-use limitations, account requirements, communications standards, customer responsibilities, prohibited activities, order-review procedures, and other conditions applicable to Ovrform research-use-only products.
Research Use Only
All Ovrform products are intended solely for lawful laboratory research, analytical, and scientific use by qualified research accounts. Not for human consumption, human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, clinical use, cosmetic use, dietary use, personal use, or administration of any kind.
No Human or Animal Use
Products may not be consumed, administered, injected, applied, implanted, or otherwise used in any human, animal, patient, or living subject.
No Protocol Guidance
Ovrform does not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, injection, mixing, cycling, stacking, treatment, or outcome guidance.
Verified Research Access
Catalog access, documentation, pricing, ordering, and fulfillment may be limited to approved research accounts.
Orders May Be Reviewed
Ovrform may decline, cancel, restrict, or suspend an order or account when intended use or other compliance concerns arise.

Research Use Only

Ovrform products are not intended for human consumption, human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, dietary use, medicinal use, clinical use, patient-care use, wellness use, performance use, personal use, or administration of any kind.

No Human, Animal, or Clinical Use
Ovrform products must not be used in or on humans, animals, patients, consumers, or any other living subject.
Customers may not use, transfer, resell, relabel, recommend, dispense, prescribe, distribute, or otherwise provide Ovrform products for any human, veterinary, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, dietary, performance, wellness, or personal-use purpose.
Research-use-only products are not approved by Ovrform for clinical studies, patient treatment, medical procedures, veterinary procedures, consumer testing, or any other use involving a living subject.

No Medical, Veterinary, or Therapeutic Status
Ovrform products are not represented or supplied as drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, compounded preparations, veterinary products, prescription products, over-the-counter products, or therapeutic products.
Ovrform products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or monitor any disease, condition, injury, symptom, disorder, or state of health.
Product names, catalog classifications, chemical descriptions, research literature references, and analytical information do not constitute a representation that any product is safe or effective for human, animal, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use.

No Administration or Protocol Guidance
Ovrform does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution, injection, ingestion, mixing, cycling, stacking, protocol, treatment, therapeutic, veterinary, cosmetic, dietary, performance, wellness, or personal-use guidance.
Ovrform personnel, contractors, affiliates, ambassadors, customer-service representatives, and other authorized representatives may not provide instructions concerning how a product should be prepared or used in or on a human or animal.
Prohibited Information Requests
Requests concerning human or animal dosing, injection, administration, reconstitution, mixing, cycles, stacks, treatment, expected benefits, health outcomes, side effects, or personal use cannot be answered.
Such requests may result in refusal of service, order cancellation, account restriction, account suspension, or other action considered appropriate by Ovrform.

Qualified Research Accounts
Ovrform may restrict catalog access, pricing, documentation, ordering, payment instructions, fulfillment, and customer support to approved research accounts.
Account access may require eligibility confirmation, research-use acknowledgment, review of account information, verification of business or institutional details, acceptance of Ovrform’s Terms of Use and Terms of Sale, and other information requested by Ovrform.
Approval of an account does not guarantee acceptance of any order, continued account access, availability of any product, or access to particular pricing or documentation.

Intended-Use Review
Ovrform may consider the totality of available information when reviewing an account, inquiry, order, transaction, or requested shipment. This may include account information, order notes, communications, requested products, quantities, destination, purchasing pattern, and other relevant circumstances.
An RUO label or acknowledgment does not require Ovrform to accept an order when other information indicates a prohibited or inconsistent intended use.
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information.
Customers may not conceal, misstate, or misrepresent the intended use, purchaser, recipient, destination, or disposition of any product.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any purchase, possession, storage, handling, transfer, use, disposal, import, export, resale, or distribution of Ovrform products complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, institutional requirements, and jurisdictional restrictions.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate laboratory facilities, qualified personnel, documentation, safety procedures, handling practices, storage conditions, access controls, and internal controls for research-use-only materials.
Customers must promptly notify Ovrform if account credentials, products, documentation, or shipments are lost, stolen, diverted, transferred to an unauthorized party, or otherwise involved in activity inconsistent with this policy.

Prohibited Uses and Activities
Ovrform products may not be used, promoted, sold, or distributed for:
- Human consumption or any other human use
- Animal or veterinary use
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, medicinal, or clinical use
- Patient care, prescribing, pharmacy, or compounding activity
- Cosmetic, dietary, supplement, wellness, fitness, or performance use
- Administration, injection, ingestion, application, or implantation
- Preparation of a product for administration to a human or animal
- Any unlawful, unauthorized, misleading, or non-research purpose
Customers may not:
- Relabel products in a manner suggesting human or animal use
- Create dosing, protocol, treatment, or administration materials
- Make disease, health, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance claims
- Market products through claims inconsistent with their RUO status
- Represent Ovrform products as approved, safe, or effective for human or animal use
- Use Ovrform branding in unauthorized promotional or instructional content

Product Format and Presentation
Ovrform supplies products only in research-oriented formats and presentations.
Product packaging, labeling, and accompanying information are intended to identify the material and communicate applicable research-use-only restrictions.
Ovrform does not supply patient-specific preparations or products represented as ready for clinical administration. Ovrform does not authorize customers to convert, repackage, relabel, combine, or present its products as prescription products, compounded preparations, medical products, consumer products, or products intended for administration.
Any accessories, containers, or laboratory materials offered by Ovrform are supplied solely for appropriate laboratory purposes and do not alter the research-use-only status of any product.

No Pharmacy or Compounding Activity
Ovrform is a research chemical supplier. Ovrform is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, medical provider, veterinary provider, clinic, prescriber, healthcare facility, or patient-care organization.
Ovrform does not prescribe, compound, dispense, administer, recommend, or prepare products for patient-specific or animal-specific use.
No order, invoice, product description, fulfillment communication, or customer-service communication should be interpreted as the practice of medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, compounding, prescribing, or patient care.

Marketing and Communications Standards
Ovrform does not authorize medical, therapeutic, disease, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic, dietary, wellness, weight-management, body-composition, fitness, performance, or personal-use claims concerning its products.
Product information is limited to appropriate research, chemical, analytical, catalog, storage, documentation, and fulfillment information.
Affiliates, ambassadors, contractors, wholesale customers, resellers, and other third parties may not make prohibited claims, provide dosing or protocol guidance, imply approval for human or animal use, or publish content inconsistent with Ovrform’s research-use-only positioning.
Ovrform may require correction or removal of unauthorized content and may terminate access or business relationships associated with prohibited marketing or communications.

Restricted Customer Communications
Ovrform may decline to answer inquiries that request dosing, administration, reconstitution, injection, ingestion, mixing, protocols, stacking, cycling, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, veterinary use, human-use outcomes, side effects, or personal-use recommendations.
Customers should not submit order notes, account applications, contact forms, support requests, emails, direct messages, or other communications that indicate intended human, animal, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, dietary, performance, wellness, or personal use.
Ovrform representatives are instructed to limit responses to account access, catalog information, product availability, analytical documentation, fulfillment, storage information, and other appropriate research-related support.

Product Information and Documentation
Product information, catalog descriptions, Certificates of Analysis, labels, specifications, storage information, and technical documentation are provided solely for laboratory research, analytical, and scientific reference.
Such information is not medical advice, veterinary advice, treatment guidance, dosing guidance, administration guidance, a representation of clinical suitability, or safety guidance for human or animal use.
Research literature may be referenced only to identify or describe a compound within an appropriate scientific context. A reference to published research does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or representation concerning human or animal use.

Certificates of Analysis
Certificates of Analysis and related analytical documentation may be made available to verified research accounts where applicable.
COA documentation may include analytical information such as identity confirmation, purity data, batch or lot identifiers, and related test results depending on the compound, lot, testing performed, and available documentation.
A COA or analytical result does not establish that a product is approved, suitable, safe, sterile, or effective for human, animal, clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.

Order Review and Account Action
Ovrform reserves the right to review, decline, cancel, place on hold, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account, order, inquiry, shipment, payment request, or transaction.
Action may be taken when Ovrform determines that a customer, order, destination, intended use, communication, marketing activity, transaction, or other circumstance presents a legal, regulatory, compliance, operational, fraud, diversion, reputational, or safety concern.
Ovrform may request additional information or written confirmation before approving account access, providing payment instructions, releasing an order, supplying documentation, or completing fulfillment.
Ovrform is not required to disclose internal review criteria, risk controls, investigation methods, or the specific reason for declining or restricting a transaction where disclosure would be inappropriate.

Customer Representation and Acknowledgment
By accessing the research catalog, requesting an account, submitting an inquiry, requesting wholesale access, placing an order, or purchasing from Ovrform, the customer represents and warrants that all products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research, analytical, or scientific purposes.
The customer further represents that products will not be used for human, animal, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, dietary, supplement, wellness, fitness, performance, personal, pharmacy, compounding, or patient-care purposes.
The customer acknowledges that Ovrform has relied upon these representations when considering account access, accepting an order, supplying products, providing documentation, and completing fulfillment.

Resale, Transfer, and Distribution
Customers may not resell, transfer, distribute, relabel, advertise, or otherwise provide Ovrform products in a manner inconsistent with this policy or applicable law.
Wholesale or reseller access does not authorize the customer to make medical claims, provide human-use instructions, target consumers for personal use, or remove or obscure required RUO labeling.
Ovrform may require approved wholesale or resale customers to maintain comparable research-use-only terms, customer screening, labeling, marketing controls, and communication standards.

Relationship to Other Policies
This Research Use Only Policy is incorporated into Ovrform’s Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Refund / Return Policy, account acknowledgments, wholesale terms, and other applicable website policies and agreements.
If a conflict exists between this Research Use Only Policy and other website content, the more restrictive research-use-only interpretation applies unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement authorized by Ovrform.
Ovrform may update this policy as its products, operations, risk controls, legal requirements, or compliance practices evolve. Continued use of the website or account following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.

Affiliate, Ambassador, Contractor, and Third-Party Restrictions
Ovrform affiliates, ambassadors, contractors, consultants, service providers, wholesale customers, resellers, referral partners, and other third parties must comply with Ovrform’s research-use-only positioning and all applicable Ovrform policies.
Such parties may not make or publish prohibited claims, dosing guidance, administration guidance, reconstitution guidance, treatment guidance, human-use statements, animal-use statements, therapeutic claims, cosmetic claims, dietary claims, supplement claims, wellness claims, performance claims, disease claims, patient-care claims, or claims suggesting that Ovrform products are intended or suitable for any use outside lawful laboratory research.
Ovrform may require content revision, removal, approval procedures, training, acknowledgment forms, suspension, or termination of any relationship if Ovrform determines that third-party activity creates legal, regulatory, compliance, operational, reputational, diversion, or safety concerns.

Recordkeeping and Preservation
Ovrform may maintain records related to account access, customer acknowledgments, research-use confirmations, order activity, payment activity, fulfillment activity, product documentation, communications, complaints, prohibited-use concerns, affiliate activity, wholesale activity, reseller activity, and internal compliance review.
If Ovrform becomes aware of suspected prohibited use, off-label use, unauthorized resale, diversion, misuse, misleading promotion, or other compliance concern, Ovrform may preserve relevant records and communications for legal, regulatory, insurance, operational, fraud, safety, and risk-management purposes.
Customers, affiliates, wholesale customers, resellers, and other third parties are expected to cooperate with reasonable compliance inquiries and provide accurate information when requested.
